These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vigil Signals platform and services ("Service"). By accessing or using Vigil Signals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vigil Signals is a cryptocurrency trade signal platform. We scan perpetual futures markets, perform technical and sentiment analysis, and deliver trade signal alerts to subscribers. Signals include entry zones, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets.

Vigil Signals provides informational and educational content only. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. Nothing provided by this Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Profit

Trade signals are generated algorithmically and are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal
• The profitability of any trade based on our signals
• The continued availability or performance of the Service

Past performance of signals does not predict or guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss, including the possibility of losing your entire investment.

3. Informational and Educational Use

All signals, analysis, and data provided through Vigil Signals are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not interpret any signal as a directive to execute a trade. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• You make all trading decisions independently
• You understand the risks of cryptocurrency and leveraged trading
• You will not hold Vigil Signals responsible for any financial losses
• You are of legal age to engage in financial transactions in your jurisdiction

5. No Trade Execution or Fund Custody

Vigil Signals does not execute trades on your behalf, manage any trading accounts, or hold user funds at any time. We are a signal provider only. Any trades you place based on our signals are executed entirely by you on your own exchange account.

6. No Collection of Exchange API Keys

We do not collect, store, or request your exchange API keys or credentials. Vigil Signals operates independently of your exchange account and has no access to your funds or trading activity.

7. Subscription and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share signals with non-subscribers
• Use automated scraping, bots, or other tools to extract data from the Service
• Reverse-engineer our algorithms or analysis methods
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigil Signals and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
